I would joyfully give 5 stars for this hotel. This is very close to JFK airport and easy to locate. Most of all, we got an early check-in at 8:30 in the morning with no added fee. A decent breakfast and clean room with microwave and refrigerator. Importantly, parking is free. reachable to new york city spots as well... Can book again without a next thought

I feel as though I am a escapee slave. My room is still in the sub basement "c" level. When I checked in March 15th and expressed my dislike for being situated in the sub basement Ray-Mrg. claimed they were fully booked and would be able to change my room the following week. So on March 19 I booked the balance of my stay. $835 Already spent and $765 as of March 22nd -28

I choose this hotel for convenience to JFK airport. I made a great choice. clean, obliging and convenient. Staff was very help. had answers for all our questions. Very close to JFK, 15 mins away. channel to New York was 10 mins away. was safer than I had anticipated. Breakfast was good. Not a big selection, but what they had was good. I would counsel it to anyone.

I got bite by parasites. We tumbled upon this hotel after driving around areas close to JFK for over an hour. The travel was so bad,we resolute to try it.

Only if you're desperate, I suppose it would suffice. However, I dropped $250 on this place hoping for some much needed sleep after a missed connection from Europe. I wish I just slept on the floor in the airport. I checked in around 11PM after traveling almost 24 hours. The room was so gross that I ended up only sleeping about 3 hours. Beds are terrible, bugs in the room, including cockroaches, weird smell, and very loud poorly working AC.

My father in law has been at the hospital close by for over 3 weeks, and my mother in law has been staying here to be close to him. The hotel staff has been incredible to her, she says they treat her like family. They ungraded her room free of charge to have an extra bed since we were coming to visit from Boston. The woman in the breakfast room is so kind, and asks about my father in law every time we come for breakfast. I'm so thankful for the people here.

Really nice staff and had no issues at all. Breakfast was grand! The lady Uma who takes care of it is super nice and actually made me waffles! I would absolutely go back.

This was my first time staying in NYC and I just needed something in a good place for an reasonable price. The Best Western was clean and the attendant was helpful. The room had all of the basic provisions and then a few extras. (including a flat screen TV) All in all, if you need a place to crash for a night in Queens that is close to mass transit, I would highly recommend this Best Western.

We paid $85 for the night. I called previous to see if we could have a room ready by noon and check in was at three and the guy at the obverse desk told me that we would be all set by noon. When we got here he thanked us for calling and had great customer service. It's not too bad for a Best Western. Only two blocks from public transport and a lot of fast food restaurants nearby.

I booked this hotel for a night while waiting for a long layover at the airport. After booking, I wish I would have just stayed at the airport. They are undergoing structure so the whole entrance hall area is sterile off and you have to walk around the hotel to get into the back. Not ideal when you have luggage or are in a hurry. The location of the place was hard for the Uber driver to pick us up from the next morning and is roughly a $20 taxi drive from the airport.

This hotel was not my first, second or third choice but the pope, and the faithful who traveled to see him, were all in town and we'd already booked our flights. The hotel is well situated for a traveler with a car who needs to be able to right of entry lengthy Island, Brooklyn and Manhattan. There is ample parking, although over the phone they act as if there isn't. It is clean and breakfast is served. Those are the pro.

This was a nice place to stay for $125. The area didn't appear that great however, it ended up being a nice hotel. Rooms were outdated and unsoiled. The made some noise on and off. There was a small but practical gym and breakfast was built-in. I slept well and would stay again.

Since we had a 7:30 AM journey at JFK, we just needed a place to stay and sleep close to the AirTrain. This was the cheapest place I could find. All told, we spent about six hours here. That was sufficient.i will never stay hare.

Stayed here for the first time on NYE. Was going to a venue close by and didn't want to risk driving late. Had a king size bed, nonsmoking. Room was perfect for two people and very clean! Had stocked toiletries and clean towels. TV was modern and lots of channels. Free wifi. No fridge or microwave. Stayed on 4th floor - ice machine was convenient. Did not have a chance to see any other amenities; fitness center, breakfast (flattering), etc. Will definitely stay at again if wanted & strongly suggest! Rates were not awful either.

Very small entrance hall, but Check in was easy. I was too early so they held my bag while I went to meet my daughter. When I came back in the daylight my room was ready. I was on 4th floor. As soon as I opened the door, I was hit with a stale be on fire odor. Other than that the room was clean.

An ok hotel in a really good site in Queens near subways and a lot of small but very good restaurants. Includes free breakfast that is missing bacon, French toast and bagels. TV's and bathroom are too small. Overall expensive but not a bad price for area.

I find New York an expensive city for lodging, especially for a single traveller like myself. Hence, I usually stay off Manhattan Island, find somewhere close to the subway and convert in
